Our Story
Tony Legal Support is built on years of practical experience supporting individuals and families in Sunderland with Will Writing, estate matters, legal paperwork and personal assistance.
Tony Clarke and Marek Clarke have been involved in Will Writing and related client support in Sunderland since 2017. Over the years, that experience has developed to include Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and estate administration, Court of Protection support and wider legal and court paperwork.
Today, Tony Legal Support brings that experience together under one local service, with a focus on clear communication, straightforward fees and practical support.
Meet the Directors
Tony Clarke
Tony Clarke is a Director of Tony Legal Support and has been involved in Will Writing and related client support in Sunderland since 2017. He has completed professional training in Will Writing and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
Tony is particularly involved in Will Writing and also provides practical support with Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and estate matters, Court of Protection applications and related legal paperwork.
Marek Clarke
Marek Clarke is a Director of Tony Legal Support and manages much of the day-to-day administration and practical operation of the service.
His work includes client correspondence, documentation, case organisation, gathering information and helping clients progress matters through clear and practical support. Marek has also been involved in Will Writing and related client support in Sunderland since 2017.
Our Support Team
Our support team helps make sure clients receive a friendly, organised and personal service from the first point of contact.
Carol provides the most direct client support within the team and can assist with initial enquiries, gathering information, preparing paperwork and helping clients understand the next steps. Where appropriate, she may also meet clients personally and works closely with Tony when further guidance is needed.
Rose supports the day-to-day administration of client matters, including preparing and organising documents, gathering information and helping make sure paperwork is in place as a matter progresses.
Chris mainly supports the reception and appointment side of the service, answering calls, taking messages, arranging appointments and making sure enquiries are passed to the appropriate person.
Together, the team works alongside Tony and Marek to help clients feel supported and to keep each matter organised and progressing smoothly.
