We can help you prepare for a hearing by organising your court papers, reviewing correspondence, preparing a chronology, identifying key documents and helping you understand the practical process.
In limited circumstances, and only by prior agreement, a member of Tony Legal Support may be able to attend a local North East hearing with you as a McKenzie Friend or lay supporter for moral and practical support.

This is not court representation or advocacy. Tony Legal Support does not act as your solicitor or barrister, and we would not normally speak on your behalf. Any attendance is considered individually depending on the type of hearing, location, court requirements and availability.
Because each hearing is different, we do not advertise fixed attendance packages or guarantee attendance. Any request is reviewed and quoted individually before anything is agreed.

We are not a firm of solicitors and do not conduct litigation, exercise reserved rights of audience or provide reserved court representation. If your matter requires a solicitor, barrister or another regulated specialist, we will explain that.
