Can cover matters such as bank accounts, bills, property, investments and other financial decisions.
Health & Welfare
Can cover decisions about care, treatment, where you live and, depending on the donor's choice, life-sustaining treatment.

How the online service works.
Check suitability
Choose one or both LPAs and answer a few initial questions.
Create your account
Sign in or create a secure account so your progress can be saved and you can return later.
Complete and pay
Enter the donor, attorney and registration information, review everything carefully and pay securely.
Receive your pack
Your completed LPA documents are stored securely with a signing and registration guide. If people must be notified, LP3 notices can also be prepared.
No printer?
The LPA must be printed and physically signed in the correct order. If you do not have a working printer, choose a printed pack at checkout: £25 for collection from Tony Legal Support or £35 for tracked UK delivery. Your secure digital documents are still included.
The LPA pack is supplied loose in a presentation wallet rather than permanently bound, so the official pages remain suitable for OPG processing.

Our personal service is for people who want to discuss the choices with us, or whose circumstances are outside the straightforward online route.
Examples include more complex attorney arrangements, binding instructions or restrictions, unusual family or property circumstances, or simply preferring face-to-face support.

Lasting Power of Attorney FAQs
Do I need to make both types of LPA?
No. You can make either Property & Financial Affairs, Health & Welfare, or both depending on what arrangements you want in place.
Can I make an LPA completely online?
You can prepare your information and documents through our online service, but the official LPA must still be printed and physically signed and witnessed in the required order before registration.
What if I do not have a printer?
Yes. At checkout you can add a printed LPA pack for £25 collection or £35 tracked UK delivery. The official LPA pages are supplied loose in a presentation wallet rather than bound or stapled, so they remain suitable for OPG processing.
Can I appoint more than one attorney?
Yes. Our straightforward online service supports up to two attorneys. More complex arrangements can be handled through our personal LPA service.
What is the optional TLS human check?
Online customers can add a human check for £39 for one LPA or £59 for both. The automated service remains suitable only for straightforward cases; a human check does not turn a complex case into the online service.
Are OPG registration fees included?
No. Office of the Public Guardian registration fees are separate from Tony Legal Support's service charges. Some donors may qualify for an exemption or remission.
What happens after I receive my documents?
Follow the signing guide carefully. The donor signs first, then the certificate provider, then the attorneys and replacement attorneys. The LPA must then be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian before it can be used.
What if my circumstances are complicated?
Choose our personal LPA service if you need more than two attorneys, mixed or unusual appointment arrangements, binding instructions or restrictions, or if you simply want to discuss your circumstances with us.
